The PMO Senior Executive is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with defined processes, timelines, and committed scope. This role tracks progress, identifies issues proactively, and coordinates with all relevant stakeholders to drive resolution. The position also leads the standardization and continuous improvement of product development processes across the organization.
What you will do
- Coordinate, monitor, and ensure on-schedule delivery of IoT and Fintech projects from initiation through to go-live and operational handover
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Business, Legal, Operations) and external partners to align on project goals and execution
- Manage timeline, resources, risks, and quality across all project workstreams
- Conduct on-site field surveys, engage with local stakeholders, and support solution deployment and acceptance testing at project sites when required
- Track and update periodic progress reports; propose corrective actions when deviations from plan are identified
- Standardize project management processes, maintain documentation, and support the improvement of internal PMO systems and frameworks
- Facilitate project management training and knowledge-sharing sessions for relevant teams as needed
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PM/PMO role
- Solid command of project management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
- AI Forward thinking capability
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork; comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
- Good English reading and comprehension skills
