We are seeking an experienced Manual Quality Control Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate is preferably in e-wallet and core banking testing. Candidates with strong QA experience in other domains such as loyalty, streaming, or retail are also welcome. The Manual QC Specialist will be responsible for defining test cases, executing test procedures, adhering to team rules, and collaborating with BA/PO to ensure the output product meets the highest standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and features
- Develop detailed and comprehensive test cases based on system specifications
- Execute manual testing procedures to identify software defects and inconsistencies
- Document and prioritize issues, providing clear and detailed reports to the development team
- Perform regression testing to ensure the resolution of identified issues
- Follow established team rules and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Work closely with developers, Business Analysts/Product Owner, and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality-related issues
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business processes and user expectations
- Ensure that test scenarios align with business requirements and user needs
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing workflow
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in manual quality control/testing
- Familiarity with Jira and Test case Management tools such as Zephyr, Testrail
- Basic understanding of automation testing: concept, define locator
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and document software defects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
